Anna Telewicz, CRNP, is a nurse practitioner with Mercy Personal Physicians at Westminster. She provides accessible and compassionate care to individuals and families living and working throughout Carroll County, including Westminster, Eldersburg, Sykesville, and the surrounding areas.

Individualized Approach to Primary Care

Anna delivers compassionate and thorough primary care for adult patients. She manages common acute conditions, from colds and flu to urinary tract infections, and provides care for chronic diseases, including diabetes, high cholesterol, and heart disease. She also offers routine health screenings and comprehensive annual physical examinations.

Anna is passionate about preventive care and health education. She encourages her patients to ask questions and helps them to understand their conditions in an effort to provide the highest quality of care. She is a compassionate primary care provider who listens to her patients and efficiently communicates diagnosis and treatment options.
